About Me

I'm married to Carole with two recently acquired children, Kye and Callum.  I have a sizeable but close family of brothers and sisters, all their husbands and wives, nieces and nephews.  About two thirds of them are here at the top of Pen-Y-Ghent.

My interests include singing and music generally, photography, bird watching and putting the world to rights as my alter-ego Victor.  To be honest the bird watching only comes about because of my fascination with optics. If astronomy was possible to fit in, I would probably be doing that as well.  Because of work these interests have been put on hold until now.
